Processing Time

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via USPS

  • You will receive tracking info once your item ships.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays but will help track your order if issues arise.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom orders are non-returnable unless damaged in shipping.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

  • For non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 7 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering. After that, production begins and cancellations may not be accepted.

Yes! Every item is crafted by hand in our Scotia, NY workshop. We use real wood and rustic finishes for a one-of-a-kind piece.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Please allow 7–10 business days for production, plus shipping time (usually 2–5 days depending on your location).

Do you accept custom requests?

Definitely! We specialize in personalized trays and kitchenware. Send us a message with your ideas!

Can I return a custom item?

Because custom pieces are made just for you, they are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping.

What if my order is damaged in transit?

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged, message us within 3 days with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes! Reach out for details if you’re looking to order in larger quantities for gifts, events, or retail.

Do you offer gift wrap?

Yes! Gift wrapping and a handwritten note are available upon request at checkout.
